Hubert Jerome is the Founder and CEO of My Safe Spaces and My Safe Schools, pioneering platforms dedicated to mental wellness for young adults in corporate and educational environments. With a passion for creating secure environments, he launched these initiatives to address growing mental health challenges.
Under Hubert's leadership, My Safe Spaces delivers a comprehensive approach to mental wellbeing through AI-based tools, assessments, relaxation techniques, live counseling, and educational resources, including books, videos, webinars, and wellness events. The platform's Mindful Affirmations feature helps users cultivate positive mindsets, boost self-esteem, and develop resilience.
His previous accomplishments demonstrate his commitment to safety innovation. During the COVID pandemic, Hubert designed Trase, an automated contact tracing platform licensed to the Foundation of Community Colleges of California, serving over 150 campuses and 2.1 million students. Previously, he held leadership positions at Tile/Life360, where he focused on enhancing family safety through location sharing and emergency services.
Throughout his career in wearable, safety, and wellness technology, Hubert has developed innovative solutions blending technology with support systems. He strongly advocates for integrating mental health awareness and digital safety into school curricula.
Currently, Hubert has three books coming out in May/June 2025: one examining social media's effects on teen mental health and safety addressed to parents; a textbook educating teens on the importance of safety and proper practices in social media; and a third focused on the need for a holistic approach to mental wellbeing, highlighting its importance and benefits. His leadership is characterized by dedication to improving student lives, securing campuses, and supporting parents in safeguarding their children.
Hubert envisions transforming communities into havens of mental wellness and emotional resilience through a holistic approach that empowers individuals, families, and organizations to prioritize and nurture psychological well-being.
